William Diana
Will founded WTD Realty Partners in January 2024.
The firm is a fully integrated commercial real estate brokerage focused on investment sales and commercial leasing in the Outer Boroughs of NYC and Long Island.
Prior to WTD, Will was Director of Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield in Brooklyn and Queens.
During his time there, he arranged more than $200 million in sale and lease transactions, servicing high-level clients including J.P. Morgan Chase, Tutor Perini Corp, White Castle, and Mac Cali Group.
Will started his career in 2011 at DY Real Services in Long Island City, Queens.
He graduated from the New York Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in international business. A lifelong lacrosse player, Will also studied advanced Spanish while living in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Armond Beausoleil
Armond is a New York-based commercial real estate professional with experience in leasing operations, market research, and client-facing work.
At WTD Realty Partners he has supported pricing analysis, market research, and property tours.
He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and completed graduate studies in International Business and Marketing at ISC Paris. A former NCAA Division I student-athlete, Armond brings a disciplined, analytical approach to real estate.
